Duncan’s Whisky Trail Tour
(For up to 8 persons in our Mercedes Vito Traveliner..a people carrier.)

  • 9.30 am.... start at pickup point at Aberdeen or elsewhere.
  • Travel and Tour across Aberdeenshire via Alford, Lumsden and
    the scenic Cabrach Estate to Dufftown past Auchindoun Castle.
  • 11.00am arrive at Dufftown, Moray at the Glenfiddich Distillery.
Copper Whisky Stills(Glenfiddich cater for several languages on these whisky Tours and will show you a film of the family history of their business.)

Start the free Whisky Tour for 1.5 hours and have a free sample of whisky to taste at the end of the Tour and also visit the Glenfiddich whisky shop.

  • 12.30pm – 1pm Take lunch at Glenfiddich Distillery or places to eat and drink at the village of Aberlour near the Spey River..Morayshire .
    • Royal Lochnagar Distillery
  • 2pm Go to the MacCallan Distillery or Cardhu or Knockando all near Spey river because of the good underground water sources for another whisky Tour of a smaller kind, with a different flavour.
  • 4pm Return to Aberdeen by a different route inland or by the picturesque north east coast.
  • Arrive at Aberdeen at 5.30 pm or thereabouts, to drop you off at your chosen drop off point .

You will probably only manage to see three to four castles in an 8 hour day Tour, depending on whether you go inside all of them or not .
